• 2028: Launch of Comprehensive Bitcoin Education Program. We plan to publish an in-depth, accessible training program designed to educate users on the fundamentals of Bitcoin, its underlying technology, and advanced strategies for generating revenue from Bitcoin holdings.

• 2029: The "Capitalism Celebration" Conference. We envision organizing an annual flagship event – the "Capitalism Celebration." This unique conference will blend educational sessions, opportunities for entrepreneurs to promote their products, networking gatherings, and engaging competitive sports events, fostering a vibrant community around the principles of financial freedom and innovation.

• 2030: Introduction of Bitcoin-Backed Lending Service. Our aim is to launch a secure and transparent lending platform where users can obtain loans by collateralizing their Bitcoin holdings, providing a crucial utility for those seeking liquidity without divesting their BTC.

II. IMPACT Utility Token Discounts:

Possession of IMPACT tokens provides a tiered discount system on all products and services offered by MW Inwest Talent Sp. z o.o. (including, but not limited to, the aforementioned training programs, conference access fees, and lending service charges).

• Each block of 1,000 IMPACT tokens held grants the user a 1% discount.

• The maximum achievable discount on our products and services is 75%, which corresponds to holding a minimum of 75,000 IMPACT tokens. This tiered system ensures increasing benefits for active participants in the ecosystem.

III. Long-Term Liquidity Target:

While our primary focus is utility, MW Inwest Talent Sp. z o.o. aims to establish a substantial DEX liquidity pool to ensure efficient trading and accessibility of the IMPACT token within the ecosystem. Our aspiration is to achieve a $100 million DEX liquidity pool within 10 years, which will be primarily backed by top-tier crypto assets such as Bitcoin, reflecting the company's core asset management strategy.
