Token Distribution Plan

• Each distribution session will last one week and will be announced in advance through official communication channels.

• Pricing Strategy: The pricing of IMPACT utility tokens during these distribution cycles will be determined by MW Inwest Talent Sp. z o.o. based on market conditions, ecosystem value, and internal pricing models. The company's primary goal is to ensure fair access to the ecosystem's utilities and to promote long-term stability.

• Users acquiring tokens directly from these sessions are encouraged to consider the current market liquidity. This recommendation aims to inform users about potential market impact if they choose to divest their tokens quickly, aligning with our commitment to responsible ecosystem participation.

Post-2030 Distribution:

• Following 2030, distribution cycles will occur annually, utilizing tokens that were previously unallocated and held in secure lock-ups. This approach is designed to ensure a slow, measured, and predictable introduction of new tokens into the ecosystem, maintaining its long-term health and stability.
