Sales and Distribution Plan

Regular Sales Sessions:

• Sales are conducted every three months until November 2030. After that, token sales occur once per year.

• Each sale session lasts one week and will be announced in advance.

• The sale price of IMPACT tokens during these sessions will be set at approximately 10% below the current market price to incentivize participation.

• Investors are encouraged not to purchase tokens worth more than the existing liquidity pool to minimize the risk of a large price impact if they decide to sell quickly.

Post-2030 Sales:

• Beyond 2030, sales occur once a year using tokens that were previously unsold and locked. This keeps the supply introduction slow and measured.
