# Treasury and Revenue Generation

**Treasury Funding and Company Operations:**

The funds generated from the distribution of IMPACT2 utility tokens are recognized as direct revenue of MW Inwest Talent Sp. z o.o. Bitcoin Accumulation as Core Business Strategy: The fundamental business strategy of MW Inwest Talent Sp. z o.o. is the systematic accumulation of Bitcoin. Rather than holding a diversified portfolio of traditional assets, the company focuses on building and maintaining robust, long-term Bitcoin reserves as its primary asset base. These Bitcoin holdings are actively managed by the company, utilizing conservative options strategies to generate additional revenue for MW Inwest Talent Sp. z o.o. This revenue contributes to the company's financial stability and its capacity to invest in the growth of the Impact ecosystem.

Discretionary Buyback and Burn Program: MW Inwest Talent Sp. z o.o. may, at its sole discretion and in alignment with its internal financial policies, allocate a portion of the revenues generated from its Bitcoin management strategies to conduct buybacks of IMPACT2 utility tokens from decentralized exchange liquidity pools. All such acquired tokens will then be permanently removed from circulation (burned).

It is crucial to emphasize that this Buyback and Burn program is an autonomous business decision by MW Inwest Talent Sp. z o.o. It is implemented to manage the token's circulating supply effectively and to foster a robust ecosystem for its utility. This program does not constitute a dividend, profit distribution, or any form of guaranteed return on investment for token holders. The company is not obligated to conduct buybacks or burns at any specific frequency or volume.
